We're getting word a person was shot in the 7700 block of North Paulina, October 29, 2012, around 8:55 p.m. While the victim just had a mere graze wound, as mentioned by the CAPS beat 2422 facilitator, Toni, on Everyblock; it reaffirms the dangers living north of Howard, in Rogers Park.
Rent an apartment, buy a condo, or deliver a pizza in this neighborhood, at your own risk. But, remember, you've been plenty warned.
