While over a dozen residents actually phoned 311 to request the streetlights in the 1400 block of West Estes to be fixed, David Perlmutter went to Everyblock in hopes one of his predominately anonymous net-neighbors could fix the problem for him.
BLOGNOTES: To see all 311 problems in the neighborhood that have been reported through the proper channels, the "Broken Heart" has a 311 feed in the right hand column to let neighbors know what's been reported and acknowledged by the city.
