No wonder this guy gets paid the big bucks. Ace reporter, Benji, over at
DNAinfo just scooped some more breaking news. The Morseland at 1218 West Morse is closed.
Way to stay on top of all
the latest news in Rogers Park, Benji boy. You really got a nose for breaking news.
BLOGNOTES: Seriously, if news got any older at
DNAinfo - mold would be growing on that website.
Did You Know: When you get your news from
DNAinfo, you're getting it from a
Republican owned news source, who once bashed our President...

The Morseland closing story was released weeks (if not months ago) by the Broken Heart. Old news Benji boy. Hey Benji, you have the facts on the "Loyola homeless student" backed up? Or was that all part of the feel good part of the Gidget story? Never knew that a Republican-owned newspaper cared much about homelessness. Seems every week, there's a story about Gidget and her "progress". I will stick to receiving facts from the Broken Heart.
To be fair Craig, Ben's story has all the details I have never seen yet in any report about the Morseland closing:

Please correct me if I'm wrong and provide a link to your posts where you had these same details.
Thanks.
Hellhole's "scoop" was obvious to anyone with eyes- its closed. Nothing but speculation as to why.
DNA had the why, which is necessary for a real story.
But Hellhole did have a photo of a dead rat in an alley. Thats something.
When I drove by the Morseland last night (Wednesday, December 26, 2012) at about 11 PM, the white OPEN sign was ON!
A cruel Christmas joke?
we all knew the Morseland owed money. it was not a mystery to anyone. duh!
I really don't have a horse in this race because I avoid Morse like the plague, but regarding ol' Benji:
Get some help with those eyebrows, son, you're scaring small children.
My spot is closer to the college. Thanks to the Bellarmine, the police are now protecting the hell out of white kids with money.
Thank god for racism.
It's never been safer around here.
