No, it's not a new gang, this one's been around awhile. This is a form of political advertising called gang-vertising. See Alderman Moore and his campaign team read the 'Broken Heart' - and they're smart. They know how to stay one step ahead of the other guy's. They know to attract attention here on the Hell Hole, they have to do something that's eye-catchy.
And it worked. Defacing property for political gain ranks high on the list of reader favorites.

I would hope that someone has already contacted the news media about this. Visual defacing is something the TV newscrews will love to cover.
Remember, the more coverage this race gets on the newscasts and in the daily newspapers, the worst it is for Moore.
