Let's give you the set-up. She sits on the Special Service Area #24 commissioners board, which gives her a say in how your tax dollars get spent. She works in the Politicians Office @ 1409 West Morse Avenue, so she get's to rub elbows with powerful people who can get things done.
It was a long, long time ago, (March 2005) but she probably got up at the initial meeting and gave us a speech on how great the project was going to be (she does this at everyone of the Alderman's infomercials) - and then last night she blind-sided us with this quote at the CAPS beat 2431 meeting.
"The hole at corner".... "The hole is dangerous".... "The green thingie flaps in the wind"... 'That hole is a health hazard!
